Welcome to Jewels by OKQ! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, purchasing our products, and engaging with our services. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms
    By placing an order with Jewels by OKQ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify our policies at any time.

  2. Product Information & Pricing
    We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. If an error is found, we reserve the right to correct it and update your order accordingly.
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are limited-time and subject to availability.

  3. Custom Orders & Design Deposits
    A non-refundable design deposit is required before starting any custom jewelry order.
    Once the design process begins, the deposit cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred.
    Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Shipping & Delivery
    Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free. Overnight shipping is available for $150.
    We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
    Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders.

  5. Returns & Refunds
    We do not accept returns on all orders, but if there is a manufacturing defect, we will work to resolve the issue.
    Contact support@jewelsbyokq.com within 14 days of receiving your item if you have a concern.
    Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  6. Protection Plans
    At Jewels by OKQ, we offer premium Protection Plans to help keep your jewelry in top condition. Each plan includes services like cleaning, maintenance, and lifetime stone replacement—so your piece stays as stunning as the day you bought it.

  • All Protection Plans are non-refundable.

  • A Protection Plan must be purchased for each individual jewelry item. Coverage applies only to the specific piece associated with the plan.

  • If you purchase rose gold or yellow gold, you must select the Gold Plan or Diamond Plan, as these metals require regular re-dipping and polishing. Without the proper plan, additional charges may apply for these services.

  • Not Covered: Lost or stolen jewelry, broken clamps, or damage caused by excessive force or misuse (e.g., hitting or banging the jewelry).

General Coverage

  • Lifetime Stone Replacement: Stones that fall out under normal wear will be replaced as long as your plan is active.

  • Cleaning & Polishing: Frequency of service depends on the selected plan.

Plan Options:

Silver Plan

  • 1 steam cleaning per year

  • Lifetime stone replacement

  • Additional charges for shipping

  • Best for: Jewelry that requires minimal maintenance

Gold Plan

  • 1 deep clean per year

  • 1 steam clean per year

  • 1 re-polish/re-dip per year

  • Lifetime stone replacement

  • Additional charges for shipping

  • Best for: Rose or yellow gold jewelry and pieces needing moderate maintenance

Diamond Plan

  • 1 deep clean every 6 months

  • 1 steam clean every 6 months

  • 1 re-polish every 6 months

  • Lifetime stone replacement

  • Additional charges for shipping

  • Best for: High-maintenance pieces, especially diamond jewelry or rose/yellow gold items

  1. Payment & Security
    We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
    All transactions are encrypted to protect your financial data.
    Chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in order cancellation and potential legal action.

  2. Intellectual Property
    All images, logos, designs, and content on the Jewels by OKQ website are our exclusive property.
    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  3. Liability & Disclaimers
    Jewels by OKQ is not responsible for damages, allergic reactions, or loss of jewelry after delivery.
    Our jewelry should be properly cared for, and customers assume responsibility for maintenance.

  4. Agreement to Terms
    By making a purchase from Jewels by OKQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
